JW's parents decided to buy a rental house in Kerrville (they're always trying to be like us). They
had been thinking about buying a small place down here so that they could have a place to stay
on extended visits to the Hill Country. They had thought that they might want to rent it out in times
that they weren't using it. But, instead they purchased a large tri-plex in the historical Garden
District of town, with the goal of keeping 1/3 of it for their own use, and renting out the other parts.
They've had people working on it throughout the fall, bringing it up to code and up to snuff. It's
looking great...here are some pictures of two of the units!
